The guy who helped us with our random occurring insect problem was very nice. His name was Jason & we had an interesting conversation about bugs. He was very funny, entertaining & professional. He was nice enough to help us even though he was finished with his job for that day. All questions asked & answered passionately as if he really studied hard, cared about his work, & loved his job.

Second year in a row we have used them, both times they’ve been awesome! Staff is courteous, they came out quickly, identified the issue and treated the problem. They are extremely reasonably priced and Jake who visited today was great! Very knowledgeable and was in and out in no time. Highly recommend!!

We just moved into a new home, and it was fully renovated but when we moved in, we saw flying ants and some spiders in the house and lots of mosquitoes around the house so I called pro action for an appointment to spray. They sent Jesse out and he was very nice and professional. He answered all my questions and gave me tips on where he felt bugs might be coming in. I highly recommend this company!

We called because I thought we had one beehive starting on the garage door frame. Turns out, we had more than just the one (which we wouldn’t have known otherwise). Jason took care of the problem and checked all around our house just in case. Very happy we called them.

I called them to set up an appointment which was easy. They were able to come out within 2 days. Jason was the one sent to do some work and he was awesome! Jason was able to show up to the appointment early so that was great. I am working from home and had a meeting, so I had to quickly explain what was going on and point him in the right direction. After that he easily identified the issue and took care of business. It was fast and painless. Afterwards he was able to easily explain what steps should be taken next and to contact them if I needed any additional help. I will definitely use this company again if I need anything else done, even if just for being friendly and easy/flexible to work with. It looks like they do a wide range of things. Fingers crossed Jason comes to help again if I need something! I recommend to at least call and ask this place if you are considering multiple companies. It seems like if they come out to inspect, but don’t have to do anything there is still a $95 fee. In my case the beehive was inactive. I’m not saying this to complain as I’m sure all businesses have similar practices, just be aware.

Pro Action came through once again. Jesse came out he was Professional, Nice & well Spoken. He baited upstairs in the crawl space (Attic) kitchen, basement, the little door to the enclosed porch and baited exterior also set up a bait box on the exterior. He did a great job. Jesse answered any questions I had without Hesitation. If possible, I’d like him to come on a monthly basis for maintenance. It was a pleasure meeting this young man

Jake from Pro Action Pest Control was great! We had a little bit of a mouse problem, and he came in and very thoroughly baited my entire house and showed me where the areas were that they were getting in. He was super friendly and personable and even picked up a dead mouse for me that he had found (because there’s no way I wanted to do that!) Our problem was gone in less than a month, and he came back to check on everything to make sure! I am very happy with the service we received and recommend this company highly!

We had birds in our stove and bathroom exhausts and had started to notice mites inside the house near the entry on the stove exhaust. We called ProAction Pest Control late in the workday and Jason (the Birdman) came out the very next day. He arrived when he said he would, was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. He took care of the pests quickly and thoroughly. Would definitely recommend using ProAction Pest Control service for this sort of issue to anyone.

Jake was on time and very knowledgeable. He looked around the house and certain spots in the basement for any signs of ants. He explained everything he found and did not try to sell me on other services, which is a huge plus! It has been almost a week and I have not seen a single ant. I opted for him to spray outside the house. I will be using ProAction Pest Control in the future and highly recommend the company!

ASK FOR MATT!!!! He went above and beyond for us. We had an issue with fleas from our yard. He walked through and set up a plan, sprayed, asked permission and lots of questions to make us comfortable, and to properly address the home. Price was very reasonable for our whole home to be sprayed. 100% would recommend.

This summer has been an incredibly bad year for hornets, wasps, and bees. I called another pest control company that we had used for other purposes in the past, but they were unwilling to assist. I was told that if the nests aren’t on our property, then there is nothing they could do. Unfortunately, we have a family member that is deathly allergic to stinging insects, and something needed to be done.

I decided to call Pro Action, and they were both polite, and willing to assist. The following day Pro Action tech Matthew Stoddard arrived at our house and asked all of the questions that are necessary in order to do a complete & successful job.

Matthew was polite, and patient the entire time he was here. He explained everything in a way that was easily understood but not insulting. After providing us with an estimate, which we accepted, Matthew was able to begin working on the issue right away.

It took approximately 30 minutes for him to complete all of the steps he had previously laid out to us. Once complete, he provided explanation regarding what we could expect for the rest of the evening, and the next couple of weeks.

I’m happy to say that even after the heavy rains we had last week that the hornets, wasps, and bees have not returned since Matthew’s treatment last week. We would certainly recommend Pro Action Pest Control to anyone looking for a full-service exterminator.

Edit as of less than a week from treatment: They treated Friday. Told us to wait at least 24 hours before cooking. We waited 48 hours. To date we have not seen ONE fly enter our home!!! Additionally, they sprayed the bushes around my front door and there has been so much relief from the flying insects! I can’t believe how much better everything has been. I am thoroughly surprised and pleased! Can’t say thank you enough.

Jason and his partner treated my place for house files getting in when I cook. They were very thorough, and they made sure to go over and above in their treatment. They even gave me suggestion on other things I could do to keep them out. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again for any other pest control needs!

She was pleasant and professional, when I told her I needed someone to come that day she didn’t miss a beat in getting me scheduled that afternoon. Had a very annoying pesty problem with some yellow jacks. Called ProAction they came out same day which from the start impressed me. Jason came out very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I grade these qualities very high because I was in customer service for 30 years. It takes a lot to impress me. Jason knows the business, explained to me what to expect. Jason after applying the application showed me the effects of the treatment. Great person to have service my home. Five stars Jason. I have a nephew dealing with the same issue, ProAction will get our business again. Hope this review helps.
